Virtual Session

If you've tried traditional talk therapy and it didn't work, then EMDR might be for you. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is a mental health treatment that helps you heal from distressing life experiences. It involves identifying emotionally charged events and "reprogramming" the memory using rapid eye movements (bilateral stimulation). The goal is to change the way the memory is stored in the brain and felt through your body, which can reduce or eliminate problematic symptoms.

How do I know EMDR is right for me?

If you are struggling with trauma, depression, or anxiety, and you've tried everything but nothing seems to work. Then EMDR might be for you.
